Dear Families:
Ohio law requires all students entering the seventh grade to receive a Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis) booster immunization. Parents must present proof of the Tdap booster immunization to their child's middle school prior to the start of the school year. Students may receive the booster shot from their primary care physician or at local clinics.
In collaboration with the Franklin County Health Department a FREE School Tdap Clinic will be conducted at your child's middle school on the following date:

How do I obtain a copy of my high school transcripts?
Transcripts are available through the high school from which you graduated. There is a fee for each copy. Students who attended the South-Western Career Academy or Paul C. Hayes Technical High School should contact their "home" school for a transcript. Click here for a list of the district's high schools.
