• North Franklin, originally called Skidmore School (K-8), was built in 1920

• Additions were added in 1934 and 1954

• North Franklin Elementary houses grades kindergarten through 4

• Enrollment is approximately 350 students

• There are 20 teachers, 12 classified staff members, and one administrator at North Franklin

• Staff has been receiving special training using the Literacy Collaborative model, supported by our link to The Ohio State University and funded through CSRD grants
